• The workspace and email migration configured for the approved trigger, message, handoff, and stop rule.
• A written setup map naming what starts the action, when it stops, and who receives the handoff.
• The agreed first response, record, booking, or follow-up checked before delivery.
• Consent, carrier, vendor, or access limits stated where they apply.
• Done means the agreed trigger or input works, the handoff reaches the named person, and the stop rule passes the numbered check.

What we need from you

• The legal and public business names, contact details, hours, service area, and the action customers should take.
• One authorized approver, with name, title, email, and mobile number.
• An invitation to the phone, booking, customer-record, email, domain, or website account at the level shown here; never a password when an invitation is available.
• The trigger or input, delay, approved messages, handoff person, hours, stop rule, and any required consent or carrier details.
• Proof that the business owns or may use every file, statement, image, and testimonial supplied.
• Authorization to follow the shown defaults and finish the agreed work without further conversation; final publish or launch still needs the approver's checkbox.

What the price covers

$2,449 covers up to 5 users, 5 mailboxes, 10 aliases, 5 groups and 50 GB of source data, with 3 total passes: 1 trial run, 1 switch-over and 1 consolidated correction pass.

A 6th user, mailbox or group, 11th alias, source data above 50 GB, or a 4th migration/correction pass requires a separately priced change order.

Timeline

We give a working window, not a date — it comes with your order confirmation.

The clock starts when your materials are complete — every question answered on the short form we send you after your order, and every file and account invitation we asked for. It does not start at payment.

Some jobs run longer than the window. If yours will, you hear from us by email before the window closes, with what is left and the new window.
