Terms

Terms of Use

The short version: this site is here to show you what we do and let you reach us. Reading it costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Client work only ever happens under a signed agreement, and nothing on this site promises a business result.

1. Using this site

You are welcome to browse, read, and share links to this site for yourself or your business. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break, probe, or overload the site, no scraping it wholesale, and no using it to mislead anyone about who you are or who we are.

2. Information, not promises

Everything on this site is general information about our work. It is not a promise or guarantee of traffic, search ranking, leads, calls, reviews, appointments, sales, revenue, or any other business outcome. An example, case study, target, or figure shown here is a record of specific past work or an illustration, not a prediction of what any business will get. Results depend on decisions, markets, platforms, and other things no one fully controls.

3. Whose content is whose

The text, design, and branding on this site belong to OmniShop LLC or are used with permission. Client names, logos, and project images shown on this site belong to those clients and appear with their written permission. You may view and share this site; you may not copy our content or a client's content for your own commercial use without asking first.

4. Client work happens by separate agreement

Nothing on this site is an offer of service terms. All client work, including scope, pricing, timelines, revisions, and payment, is governed only by a written agreement signed by both sides. If anything on this site appears to differ from a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins. Descriptions and pricing on this site are general and may change before an agreement is signed.

5. Links to other sites

Where this site links to other websites or platforms, those belong to their owners. We don't control them and are not responsible for what they show or do.

6. The site itself

We work to keep this site accurate and available, and we may change, update, or take down any part of it at any time. We can't promise the site will always be online or error-free, and we are not liable for problems caused by using or being unable to use it, to the extent Texas law allows that limitation.

7. Texas law

These terms and this site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about them belongs in the courts of Texas.

8. Changes

We'll post updates here with a new effective date; material changes get a notice on the site.
