The process

Twelve weeks, kickoff to your first real scorecard.

Here is the whole sequence, written down before you sign anything, so you can hold us to it. Five stages, twelve weeks, and one rule that matters more than the rest: the clock starts when your site goes live, not when you sign. You should not pay for the days we spend building.

The five stages

  1. 01

Week 1 — Kickoff and audit

A kickoff call and an honest audit of where you stand today. We gather your real photographs and real job details — no stock images of somebody else's crew. You give us access and approvals. Your part: photographs, your service list, and an hour. The photographs are the thing most likely to slow a build down, so start taking them the week before if you can.

  2. 02

Week 2 — Profile and structure

Work on your Google Business Profile begins, and we draft the structure and the words of the site — what goes where, what each page is for, what the first screen argues. On Growth Engine and above this is also where we plan the page for each of your services. Your part: read the draft and tell us where we described your trade wrong. You will know things we do not.

  3. 03

Weeks 3–4 — Launch, and testing the lead log end to end

Your site goes live. Your tracking number is set up, and the shared lead log is stood up and tested from end to end — meaning we submit real forms and place real calls ourselves and confirm each one lands as a row you can see. This is when the clock starts. A lead log nobody tested is just a promise about a database.

  4. 04

Weeks 5–8 — Content and local search settle into a rhythm

Posting begins, local search work runs, and review requests start going out after jobs. On the higher plans the content going back to your own customer list comes online, along with your per-service pages. This is the least dramatic stretch and the one that does the most: search work compounds slowly and there is no version of it that pays off in a fortnight.

  5. 05

Weeks 9–12 — First scorecard, and an honest fit review

Your first real per-lead scorecard — the leads themselves, one at a time, and where they came from. Then a straight conversation about whether your plan still fits: hold where you are, step up, or step down. Stepping down is a real option and we will say so when it is the right one.

Why the clock starts at launch

The month you are paying for should be a month your presence is actually live. If the clock started at signing, every day we spent building would be a day you paid for nothing — and it would quietly reward us for taking longer. Starting it at launch removes that. It is a small rule that tells you a lot about how an arrangement is set up.

Questions people actually ask

What happens if we run late?
Usually it is photographs or approvals, and usually it is nobody's fault — you have a business to run. The clock still starts at launch, so a slower build costs you time, not money. We will tell you what we are waiting on rather than going quiet.

Will I see leads in the first twelve weeks?
You may, and we will not promise it. Some of what we do — the listing, the reviews, answering faster — can show up quickly. Search work is slower by nature. Anybody who puts a date and a number on it is guessing at your expense. What we will commit to is that you will know exactly what happened, week by week and lead by lead.

How much of my time does this take?
Most of it lands in weeks 1 and 2 — the kickoff call, the photographs, and reading the draft. After that it is a monthly report, and on the higher plans a monthly call. We would rather ask you for a concentrated hour early than interrupt you every week.

What happens after week 12?
The work carries on and the term goes month-to-month. LaunchPad has no term at all. The fit review is not a sales meeting with a different name — it is genuinely where we tell you if you are on the wrong plan, including a cheaper one.

Before any of it starts

None of this begins with a contract. It begins with the free check — a look at where you are leaking today and what to fix first. If that check says you do not need us, you will get that in writing, and the findings are yours either way.
