Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect what you give us and basic site analytics, we use it to respond to you and run our business, we never sell it, and you can ask us what we have or ask us to delete it by emailing [privacy email].

1. What we collect

  • You give us: name, phone, email, business name, and anything you put in a form, email, or text to us.
  • Collected automatically: standard web analytics (pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location from IP, referral source) via cookies and similar technologies ([name analytics tools]).
  • If you text us or opt in to texts: your number and message history. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out (honored within 10 business days), HELP for help.

2. How we use it

To respond to inquiries, provide and improve services, send things you asked for, bill for work, and meet legal obligations. If we ever want to use your information for something else, we ask first.

3. What we share — and don't

We do not sell personal information. We do not intentionally request or collect sensitive personal information (health, government IDs, precise location, biometrics), and we would never sell sensitive information — with or without consent. Our forms have open text boxes, so if you choose to include sensitive information in a message, we don't use it for anything beyond answering you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. We don't share your information for anyone else's marketing. We share it only with: service providers who help us operate (website hosting, analytics, CRM/communications platform, payment processing — each bound to use it only for our work), professional advisors, and authorities if the law requires.

4. Client campaign data

When we run marketing for a business client, the leads, calls, and customer information generated belong to that client; we process them only to deliver the client's services under our agreement with them.

5. Testimonials and client stories

We publish client names, quotes, logos, project photos, and results only with that client's written permission first — we ask, we show them exactly what will appear, and we don't post until they say yes. If a client later asks us to take their testimonial down, we take it down. We don't publish a client's numbers, contract terms, or what they pay us unless they've specifically approved that too.

6. Cookies, analytics, and your browser's privacy signals

You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works. What we use, and why:

CategoryWhat it doesDo we use it?
Strictly necessaryMakes pages load, keeps forms working, basic securityYes — the site can't run without these
AnalyticsCounts visits, shows which pages get readYes — [name analytics tools]
Advertising / retargetingFollows you to other sites to show you adsNo. If this ever changes, this table and §3 get updated before any pixel goes live
Sale of data / data brokersPassing your information to others for their own useNo. Never.

Your browser's privacy signals (Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track). Universal opt-out signals like GPC exist to tell a site not to sell your data or use it for targeted advertising. We do neither, so there is nothing here for GPC or DNT to switch off — you already have the outcome those signals ask for. If we ever add targeted advertising, we will honor GPC as a valid opt-out and say so here before it launches.

7. Keeping and protecting it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as law requires, and we protect it with access controls, encrypted storage, and least-privilege practices.

8. Your choices

Email us to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (we'll comply unless law or an active engagement requires otherwise). Texas residents: the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act provides rights that may apply depending on business thresholds; we honor reasonable requests regardless of threshold.

9. Not for kids

Our services are for businesses; we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and our site isn't directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we've received information from a child under 13, we delete it. A parent or guardian who believes their child sent us information can email us at [privacy email] and we'll delete it.

10. Changes

We'll post updates here with a new effective date; material changes get a notice on the site.
