LaunchPad · $600/mo · $1,500 setup

The plan for a business that needs to look real online, starting this month.

LaunchPad is the entry plan. You get a proper website in your own brand, your Google listing kept current instead of going stale, and a review system your own crew can actually run — plus a monthly report written in plain English. $600 a month, $1,500 to set up, month-to-month. No term. We work across Texas; home base is Cedar Creek Lake.

What it actually is

Most small operations in Texas are running one of three ways: no website at all, a page a relative built in an afternoon, or something a company charged them for years ago and never touched again. All three cost the same thing — when somebody in Mabank or Kemp looks you up before they call, there is nothing there that says you are the real thing.

LaunchPad fixes that floor. It is a template site, and we say so plainly: a proven layout, built in your brand — your name, your colors, your photographs, your services, your town. Not a custom design, and we do not price it like one. What it is instead is correct: it loads on a phone, it says what you do and where you do it, and the phone number works when somebody taps it.

We host it and we maintain it. When something breaks, that is our job, not a bill.

What is included

  1. 01

A template site in your brand, hosted and maintained

Built on a layout we already know works, dressed in your business: your services, your service area, your real photographs where you have them. Hosting and upkeep are part of the monthly — there is no separate hosting invoice arriving from somewhere else.

  2. 02

Your Google Business Profile, with a seasonal post rotation

The listing that shows up when someone searches your trade and your town. We set it up properly and keep posts rotating through the year so it does not sit frozen on a photo from three summers ago. On this plan the profile is set up and kept current; the hands-on month-to-month management lives one plan up.

  3. 03

A review system your team runs

We build the process and hand your people the tools and the wording — when to ask, how to ask, what to do with a bad one. Your team does the asking on this plan. That is the honest line between LaunchPad and Local Authority, where the request goes out after every job and we run it.

  4. 04

A monthly report in plain English

What we did, what it cost, what came in. Written so you can read it over coffee without a glossary. If a month was quiet, the report says the month was quiet.

Questions people actually ask

Will this put me on page one?
Nobody honest can promise that, and we will not. Where you rank on Google is Google's call, not ours. What we control is the work: your site is built right, your listing is current, your reviews get asked for, and you get told what happened. If a company promises you a ranking, that is the moment to slow down.

Why a template? Is that not the cheap way?
It is the honest way at this price. A custom site designed for your company is real work and it costs real money — that is Local Authority at $2,500/mo. Selling you a “custom” site for $600 a month would mean one of us is lying. A good template, dressed in your brand and actually maintained, beats a bad custom site every time.

Do I own any of it?
Yes, and in writing. You own the site, the domain, and your customer list from day one. If you leave, you leave with them. We do not hold a business hostage to keep it.

Am I locked in?
No. LaunchPad is month-to-month. The three-month terms start at Local Authority, where there is a build to pay off. Here there is nothing to trap you with.

What if I outgrow it?
That is the point of it. LaunchPad is a floor, not a ceiling. When the phone is ringing enough that you want the listing actively managed, the reviews asked for automatically, and every call tracked, that is Local Authority — and moving up does not mean starting over.

Who it fits — and who it does not

It fits an owner-operator or a small crew who needs to stop losing jobs to looking unserious. Septic, roofing, HVAC, electrical, fencing, tree work, dock work, cleaning — anybody whose next customer is going to look them up first. It fits businesses anywhere in Texas; we are near Cedar Creek Lake, and the work travels.

It does not fit you if you already have a site you like and your problem is that nobody finds it — that is a search and listing problem, and Local Authority is the plan aimed at it. It does not fit you if you need a design nobody else has, or a landing page for every service you sell. We would rather tell you that now than take the $600.

What the first weeks look like

We start with the free check so we both know what we are dealing with. Then we collect the raw material — your services, your area, your photographs, whatever reviews you already have. The site gets built and you look at it before anybody else does. The listing gets claimed and corrected. Your crew gets walked through the review process once, in person or on a call, until it is a habit and not a chore.

Exact counts — how many pages, how many posts, how many review requests — are written into the signed agreement, never onto a card on a website. If ad spend ever enters the picture, it bills to you directly and we never mark it up.
