Your delivery window
We give a window, not a date. Each item has its own by its price, and the checkout prints it beside your total before you order.
| Price of the work | Window |
|---|---|
| Under $1,000 | 3 to 5 business days |
| $1,000 to $5,000 | 2 to 4 weeks |
| Over $5,000 | 4 to 12 weeks |
| The four largest website builds, priced from a starting figure | Set in the written quote |
Your item’s page and your checkout both show the window that applies to it. The four largest website builds, priced from a starting figure, get their window in the written quote, as their pages say.
The clock starts when your materials are complete — every question answered on the project intake form your order page links to, and every file and account invitation we asked for. It does not start at payment.
Some orders take longer — bigger projects, and busy stretches when a lot of work is in the shop, can stretch a window. If yours will, we tell you before the window closes.
Accepting these terms
Every order form carries one tick-box that says you have read these terms and accept them. The request cannot be sent until it is ticked, and the shop keeps a record of it with the order.
These terms carry a version date. The version you agreed to is recorded with your order and is printed on the signed terms document you can download or print after ordering.
