FAQ

The questions owners actually ask, answered straight.

  • The prices are on the plans page — $600 to $7,500 per month depending on tier, plus a one-time build fee ($1,500 to $8,500) set in writing before you sign. Every number is printed publicly on the page, not read to you on a call. We publish prices because you shouldn't have to surrender an hour and your cell number to learn a dollar amount. Ad spend, if you ever run ads, is separate — paid by you directly to Google or Meta, never marked up by us.

  • No — and we'd ask you to be suspicious of anyone who says yes. A marketing company controls the machine: the website, the profile, the content, the tracking. It does not control your market, your competition, the season, or how calls get answered on your end. A "guaranteed leads" pitch is either a promise someone else's competence will be underwritten by strangers, or fine print you haven't read yet.

Here's what we DO promise, because these we control with our own hands: your site live on the schedule we agree to · your business findable by name · your Google profile verified and managed · an honest report every month, counted where we both can see it · and you owning your website, your domain, and your customer list from day one — so if we ever stop earning the invoice, you leave whole, with everything. No promises means no promises broken. That's the deal, and we think it's the only honest one in this industry.

  • The build term is 3 months — and we'll say the quiet part plainly: that initial term is a real commitment, both directions. It takes about that long to build the machine and prove the counting works, and we staff your account accordingly. After the build term, it's month-to-month. No auto-renewing annual traps, and the exit is written in plain English before you sign, not discovered later.

  • You do. Website, domain, customer list, reviews, photos — yours from day one, in writing. When you leave, we hand over everything on a documented checklist. One bill, one vendor, no hostages. This isn't a perk; it's the closest thing we have to a guarantee, because it means we have to re-earn your business every single month.

  • This is the question the whole company is built around. You get a dedicated tracking number and a shared lead log — every call and form logged the day it arrives, source attached, in a record we both read. Not a glossy PDF of numbers that only go up. If we can't prove the work, we don't deserve the invoice.

  • Honestly: we don't promise a timeline, because we don't control one (see question 2). What we can tell you is the shape of it — the first 90 days are the build: site live around weeks 3–4, tracking verified end to end, content and reviews running from there, and your first full scorecard read together around month three. The measurement clock starts at launch, not at signing. Anything faster that happens is upside, not a promise.

  • Fair question — we'd ask it too. We don't borrow tenure and we won't pretend. What we offer instead is inspectable: our own site's measured numbers with the method printed under them, a flagship build you can visit and poke, prices in public, an audit that sends good verdicts, and terms where you own everything from day one — so the cost of being wrong about us is a few months, not your website. Judge us on what you can check, because that's how we intend to be judged every month after.

  • Not necessarily. The audit answers this honestly: sometimes the site is sound and needs a tune-up and real tracking; sometimes it's a template with problems baked in and rebuilding is cheaper than renovating. We'll tell you which, and if the answer is "keep what you have," you'll get that in writing.

  • Local businesses across Texas — home services broadly (pools, HVAC, roofing, septic, landscaping, concrete, fencing), and just as gladly med-spas, law offices, and any local shop that lives on its reputation. Home base Cedar Creek Lake. One honest limit: we take a handful of clients per trade, so every account gets the attention it needs to work. When a trade's slots are full for the season, they're full. That's real capacity, not a countdown timer.

  • Three things, and they matter: access (your domain, your Google profile — which stay in your name), timely say-so on approvals, and photos of your real jobs. That last one is bigger than it sounds — real photos of your actual work outsell anything we could write, and we run every one through a quality pipeline before it goes public. We never use stock photos of somebody else's work and call it yours.

  • As an add-on at any tier, through a media partner — but we won't lead with ads, and we'd rather you didn't either until the foundation is built. The ad dollars go from you straight to Google or Meta; we never touch or mark up the spend, and you own the ad account. Ads pour water into whatever bucket you have. We fix the holes in the bucket first.

  • Twenty minutes. We walk your actual website, Google profile, and reviews together — same instruments we use on client work — and show you where leads are leaking, what's already good, and which tier fits where you're headed, including "none yet" if that's the truth. You keep the findings whether or not we ever work together. It's a pitch only in this sense: we think the measurement itself is the best sales tool we own, so we give it away first.

One question we can't answer here: yours, about your business.
