Market Leader · Flagship · $7,500/mo · $8,500 build

For the business whose problem is no longer finding the work. It is catching it.

Market Leader is the top plan, and it solves a different problem than the ones below it. Everything in Growth Engine is still running — the service pages, the listing, the reviews, the content going back out. What gets added is the catching: leads book their own consult, a new lead gets an answer immediately instead of tomorrow, and a call you miss gets answered anyway. $7,500 a month, $8,500 to build, three-month term and then month-to-month. Across Texas; home base is Cedar Creek Lake.

Read this part before the price

Three of the four things this plan adds have a text-message leg, and text messaging switches on only after carrier registration clears. That is a requirement every business in the country has to meet before it can send business texts, and it is not instant.

So: the booking, the email side of instant response, and the whole Growth Engine stack run from the start. The texting legs — instant text to a new lead, and the missed-call text-back — begin when registration clears. We do not bill you for a text leg that is not live. We would rather you read that here than discover it in month two of a $7,500 plan.

Everything in Growth Engine, plus

  1. 01

    Leads book their own consult

Somebody who wants a quote picks a time that is actually open and puts themselves on the calendar — no phone tag, no waiting until somebody in the office gets a minute. The slots are yours to control. This runs from day one; there is no messaging dependency on it.

  2. 02

Every new lead gets an answer immediately

Not "within one business day" — immediately, whatever hour it comes in, so the person who filled in your form at nine at night is not sitting in silence until morning. The email side is live from the start; the text side waits on messaging registration. This is the single thing on this page most likely to change your week, because the job usually goes to whoever answers first.

  3. 03

A missed call texts back on its own

You are under a house, on a roof, or driving. The call goes to voicemail, which almost nobody leaves any more — and a text goes out on its own saying you will call right back. That is a caught job instead of a lost one. Begins once messaging registration clears.

  4. 04

A monthly strategy call across the whole funnel

Not a channel review. One conversation covering the entire path — what people searched, which service pages they landed on, what they booked, what got answered fast, where it broke. At this level the parts only make sense together, so we talk about them together.

Questions people actually ask

Is this worth three times LaunchPad?
Only if you are losing work you already earned. If leads are coming in and going cold because nobody got to them, this plan is aimed exactly at that. If your phone is not ringing enough yet, this is the wrong tool and a more expensive one — go to Growth Engine or Local Authority and get found first. We would rather sell you the right plan than the big one.

Does this replace my office person?
No, and we would not sell it that way. It covers the gaps a person cannot — nights, weekends, the two hours everybody is on a job — so the people you already have spend their time on the calls worth their attention.

How long does the text registration take?
It varies and it is not in our hands — it is a carrier process. We start it as early as we can and tell you where it stands. Anyone who promises you a date for that is guessing.

Will this make me the top result?
No one can sell you that. The name of the plan describes who it is built for, not a position it delivers. What it delivers is that fewer of the people who already found you slip away.

What if I need more than this?
Past this plan it stops being a card and becomes a conversation — scoped and quoted for what you actually need. It is never a discount lane; it is a bigger build. Ask and we will tell you plainly whether you need one.

Do I still own everything?
Yes — site, domain, customer list, from day one and in writing. Including the booking calendar and every lead in the log.

Who it fits — honestly

Established operations with real lead volume and more than one crew — businesses where a missed call is a genuinely expensive event, and where somebody could tell you roughly what a booked job is worth. Multi-location or wide-area outfits get the most from it, anywhere in Texas.

It is the wrong plan — and we will say so on the free check — if you are still building the flow of leads in the first place. Speed only helps when there is something to be fast about. Most businesses should be on Local Authority or Growth Engine first, and that is not us being modest; selling this to a business without volume would waste your money and cost us the client.

The fine print, in front of you

Exact counts — pages, sends, review requests, tracked calls — are set in the signed agreement, sized to your business, never printed on a web page. Text-message features activate only after messaging registration clears. Ad spend, if you run any, bills to you directly and is never marked up by us.
