What we need from you

• The legal and public business names, contact details, hours, service area, and the action customers should take.
• One authorized approver, with name, title, email, and mobile number.
• An invitation to the website, host, domain, or affected account at the level shown on the order; never a password when delegated access exists.
• Affected addresses, error text, last known-good date, available backups, and permission to make a backup or working copy first.
• Proof that the business owns or may use every file, statement, image, and testimonial supplied.
• Authorization to follow the printed defaults and finish the agreed work without further conversation; final publish or launch still needs the approver's checkbox.
