• The agreed listings, pages, events, or accounts checked and the completed work recorded.
• Any unavailable item or third-party decision called out separately from our completed work.
• Done means the named setup or report is complete for the agreed scope and every available item on the acceptance list is marked.

What we need from you

• The legal and public business names, contact details, hours, service area, and the action customers should take.
• One authorized approver, with name, title, email, and mobile number.
• An invitation at the Manager, Viewer, Editor, or Publish level shown for the named account; never a password when an invitation is available.
• The public links, property IDs, date range, customer action, approved business facts, and any evidence the order calls for.
• Proof that the business owns or may use every file, statement, image, and testimonial supplied.
• Authorization to follow the shown defaults and finish the agreed work without further conversation; final publish or launch still needs the approver's checkbox.

Price

$1,075 — fixed price. Paid in full before work starts — one payment, no deposit.

What the price covers

$1,075 covers up to 3 named accounts, 5 review or monitoring sources, 3 dashboard pages and 3 report views, plus 1 consolidated report revision round.

A 4th account, 6th source, 4th dashboard page or report view, or 2nd report revision round requires a separately priced change order.

Timeline

Your working window is 2 to 4 weeks — a window, not a date — and your order confirmation repeats it.

The clock starts when your materials are complete — every question answered on the project intake form your order page links to, and every file and account invitation we asked for. It does not start at payment.

Some orders take longer — bigger projects, and busy stretches when a lot of work is in the shop, can stretch a window. If yours will, we tell you before the window closes.

If something we built has a defect, we fix it free for 30 days after handover; the store terms say the rest.
