What we need from you

• The legal and public business names, contact details, hours, service area, and the action customers should take.
• One authorized approver, with name, title, email, and mobile number.
• An invitation to the website, host, domain, or affected account at the level shown on the order; never a password when delegated access exists.
• Affected addresses, error text, last known-good date, available backups, and permission to make a backup or working copy first.
• Proof that the business owns or may use every file, statement, image, and testimonial supplied.
• Authorization to follow the shown defaults and finish the agreed work without further conversation; final publish or launch still needs the approver's checkbox.

Price

$1,875 — fixed price. Paid in full before work starts — one payment, no deposit.

The $1,875 price covers 1 named account, up to 3 affected campaigns or account areas on 1 platform, and 1 appeal or recovery submission round.

A 2nd account, a 4th affected campaign or account area, a 2nd platform, or a 2nd appeal or recovery submission requires a separately priced and funded change order.

Timeline

Your working window is 2 to 4 weeks — a window, not a date — and your order confirmation repeats it.

The clock starts when your materials are complete — every question answered on the project intake form your order page links to, and every file and account invitation we asked for. It does not start at payment.

Some orders take longer — bigger projects, and busy stretches when a lot of work is in the shop, can stretch a window. If yours will, we tell you before the window closes.

If something we built has a defect, we fix it free for 30 days after handover; the store terms say the rest.

What if the third party refuses the recovery request?

We complete the agreed case, evidence, and submission. The outside decision remains with the listing service, advertising service, or registrar and is not part of the promise.
