Conversion-path audit

$4,375

No Texas sales tax on this one.

The owner gets a written list of the issues found, what could not be checked, and what should happen next.

What you get

  • The $4,375 price buys this list inside these numbers — 1 conversion path of up to 10 ordered steps across 10 site pages, tested on 2 device-browser combinations in 1 evidence window, plus 2 consolidated report revision rounds. Anything past them is a separately priced and funded change order.
  • A written conversion-path audit covering the agreed public pages, invited accounts, or source set.
  • Findings separated into confirmed issues, unavailable items, and next actions.
  • A numbered acceptance list naming what was checked and where the report stops.
  • Done means the written findings cover the agreed pages, accounts, or public sources and every unavailable item is marked plainly.

What we need from you

  • The legal and public business names, contact details, hours, service area, and the action customers should take.
  • One authorized approver, with name, title, email, and mobile number.
  • An invitation with read-only access when public information is not enough; never a password when an invitation is available.
  • The web addresses, account or property IDs, agreed date range, customer action, and exact questions the report should answer.
  • Proof that the business owns or may use every file, statement, image, and testimonial supplied.
  • Authorization to follow the shown defaults and finish the agreed work without further conversation; final publish or launch still needs the approver's checkbox.

Price

$4,375 — fixed price. Paid in full before work starts — one payment, no deposit.

What the price covers

$4,375 covers 1 conversion path of up to 10 ordered steps across 10 site pages, tested on 2 device-browser combinations in 1 evidence window, plus 2 consolidated report revision rounds.

An 11th step or page, 3rd device-browser combination, 2nd evidence window, additional conversion path, or 3rd report revision round requires a separately priced change order.

Timeline

Your working window is 2 to 4 weeks — a window, not a date — and your order confirmation repeats it.

The clock starts when your materials are complete — every question answered on the project intake form your order page links to, and every file and account invitation we asked for. It does not start at payment.

Some orders take longer — bigger projects, and busy stretches when a lot of work is in the shop, can stretch a window. If yours will, we tell you before the window closes.

If something we built has a defect, we fix it free for 30 days after handover; the store terms say the rest.

The question

Does the report include the repair work?

No, unless remediation is named in the product title and written scope. The report is the deliverable; separate implementation is a separate order.

Terms

The store terms apply to every order — read them at marqueandheir.com/store/terms.
