• The agreed links, submissions, handoffs, and customer action checked before delivery.
• Done means the agreed pages exist, the named links or forms pass their numbered checks, and the person you named has approved the draft.

What we need from you

• The legal and public business names, contact details, hours, service area, and the action customers should take.
• One authorized approver, with name, title, email, and mobile number.
• An invitation to the website, domain, store, or form account at the level shown on the order; never a password when an invitation is available.
• Approved logo, colors, photos, copy, page facts, product sheet where needed, and any required policy pages.
• Proof that the business owns or may use every file, statement, image, and testimonial supplied.
• Authorization to follow the shown defaults and finish the agreed work without further conversation; final publish or launch still needs the approver's checkbox.

$1,075 — fixed price. Paid in full before work starts — one payment, no deposit.

A 2nd form, a 9th question or branch, a 3rd route or integration, or a 2nd revision round requires a separately priced and funded change order.

Timeline

Your working window is 2 to 4 weeks — a window, not a date — and your order confirmation repeats it.

The clock starts when your materials are complete — every question answered on the project intake form your order page links to, and every file and account invitation we asked for. It does not start at payment.

Some orders take longer — bigger projects, and busy stretches when a lot of work is in the shop, can stretch a window. If yours will, we tell you before the window closes.

If something we built has a defect, we fix it free for 30 days after handover; the store terms say the rest.

The question

Can this be published before the owner approves it?

No. The work is checked on a private draft link first, and the person you named ticks the box for the final publish or launch.
