What you get

• The $2,949 price buys this audit for the locations or service lines named in a written scope we agree with you before any work starts. Anything past that scope is a separately priced and funded change order.

• A baseline set of the questions your customers ask, built for your services and your towns, put to the AI answer engines your customers use.
• Every answer classified: who was recommended, what was cited, and what was wrong.
• The businesses being named instead of you, and what they have that you do not — usually it is sources, not words.
• The finding, the evidence behind it, and a priority list with the cheap fixes separated from the expensive ones — for every location or service line in the agreed scope.

What we need from you

• The legal and public business names, contact details, hours, service area, and the action customers should take.
• One authorized approver, with name, title, email, and mobile number.
• Each location or service line you want covered: its address or service area, and the services and towns you want asked about.
• An invitation with read-only access when public information is not enough; never a password when an invitation is available.

Price

$2,949 — fixed price. Paid in full before work starts — one payment, no deposit.

What the price covers

The $2,949 price covers the audit, done for each location or service line in the scope. It is sold as a written scope agreed first: before any work starts, we agree with you in writing which locations or service lines it covers.

Anything past that written scope requires a separately priced and funded change order.

Timeline

Your working window is 2 to 4 weeks — a window, not a date — and your order confirmation repeats it.

The clock starts when your materials are complete — every question answered on the project intake form your order page links to, and every file and account invitation we asked for. It does not start at payment.

Some orders take longer — bigger projects, and busy stretches when a lot of work is in the shop, can stretch a window. If yours will, we tell you before the window closes.

If something we built has a defect, we fix it free for 30 days after handover; the store terms say the rest.

The question

Does the audit change anything on my site or my listings?
