Press-release writing
$1,025
No Texas sales tax on this one.
The business receives finished media or content files ready for the approved places and uses.
What you get
- The $1,025 price buys this list inside these numbers — 1 factual announcement as 1 release of up to 500 words, with up to 2 approved quotes and an up-to-75-word boilerplate, plus 1 consolidated revision round. Anything past them is a separately priced and funded change order.
- The press-release writing completed from the approved brief, facts, files, and source material.
- A fixed shot, script, post, sequence, channel, or workbook scope naming what is included.
- Rights, releases, music, voice, footage, and publishing permission checked where they apply.
- Done means the approved final files match the fixed brief or cut list and are delivered for the named uses.
What we need from you
- The legal and public business names, contact details, hours, service area, and the action customers should take.
- One authorized approver, with name, title, email, and mobile number.
- An invitation to the publishing or channel account when needed; never a password when an invitation is available.
- The fixed brief, approved words, source photos or footage, style reference, and releases for every person, property, and location.
- Proof that the business owns or may use every file, statement, image, and testimonial supplied.
- Authorization to follow the shown defaults and finish the agreed work without further conversation; final publish or launch still needs the approver's checkbox.

What the price covers
Covers 1 factual announcement as 1 release of up to 500 words, with up to 2 approved quotes and an up-to-75-word boilerplate, plus 1 consolidated revision round.
A 2nd announcement or release, word 501, quote 3, boilerplate word 76, or a 2nd revision round requires a separately priced and funded change order.
Timeline
We give a working window, not a date — it comes with your order confirmation.
The clock starts when your materials are complete — every question answered on the short form we send you after your order, and every file and account invitation we asked for. It does not start at payment.
Some jobs run longer than the window. If yours will, you hear from us by email before the window closes, with what is left and the new window.
The question
What source material has to come from the customer?
The order states the exact photos, footage, approved words, releases, or access the customer supplies. Anything missing follows the fallback shown here or is left out.
Terms
The store terms apply to every order — read them at marqueandheir.com/store/terms.
