Build
Your site is written by hand. No page builder, no bought theme, no stack of
plugins that each need updating on somebody else's schedule and break when
one of them stops being maintained.
That matters for a reason that has nothing to do with craft pride. A site
assembled from parts you do not control is a site that decays whether or not
anyone touches it — a plugin goes unmaintained, a builder changes its
pricing, a theme stops matching a new phone. Written by hand, the page does
what it needs to and nothing else, so there is far less that can go wrong
while you are busy running a business.
Measure
Every build ships measured, and measured under conditions that resemble your
customers' lives — on a phone, on a slow connection, the way somebody
actually loads your page standing in a driveway outside of town. Not on the
fast office connection where everything looks fine.
The reason is simple: a site that feels quick to the person who built it and
slow to the person deciding whether to call you has failed at the only moment
that counted. So we check it before it ships, we check it again when it
changes, and when it slows down you hear it from us first
— not from a customer telling you your site would not load.
You will notice this page carries no figures. That is deliberate. Numbers
belong where they can be traced to the thing they measured, on your own
report and on the proof section — not sprinkled
through a sales page where nobody can check them.
Maintain
Static by default. There is little to break and nothing to patch on a weekly
cycle, which is why maintenance here does not mean a monthly bill for keeping
the lights on. When you want something changed — a price, a service, a
photograph, a phone number — it goes out the day you ask, not in the
next release window.
The four commitments
-
01
You own everything, from day one
Website, domain, customer data, reviews, ad accounts — yours from
the first day, in writing. Part ways and it all stays yours. This is the
one that costs us the most and we would not remove it: an agency that
keeps your domain or your customer list has not built you an asset, it
has built you a rental with a lock on it.
-
02
One bill, one team accountable
No tangle of logins you cannot get into and no chain of vendors pointing
at each other when something breaks. One invoice, one team, and when you
ask what happened you get an answer instead of a referral.
-
03
Ad spend is never marked up
If you ever run ads, you pay the platform directly and you own the
account. We do not take a cut of the spend, which means we have no
reason to tell you to spend more. That conflict is quietly built into a
lot of arrangements; it is not built into this one.
-
04
The price is plain
Our prices are published on the pricing section
where anyone can read them, including people who will never hire us.
Month-to-month after a short build term on the bigger plans, no term at
all on the entry one. You get the real number in plain English on your
free check. No games.
Questions people actually ask
Is a hand-built site really different, or is that just a sales line?
It is different in what happens after year one. A site made of parts you do not
control ages badly on its own; a hand-written one mostly sits there working.
You should judge the claim the same way you would judge any trade: ask what
breaks, how often, and who pays when it does.
What do you actually promise?
The work and the reporting — what got done, what it cost, what came in.
We do not promise rankings or a number of leads, because those belong to
Google and to your market, not to us. Anything anyone guarantees you
about a search result is a guess with confidence attached.
What if I already have a website I like?
Then keep it. Say so on the free check and we will tell you honestly whether
your problem is the site at all — often it is the listing or the reviews,
and that is a cheaper fix. We send the good verdicts too.
Do you only work around the lake?
No. Home base is Cedar Creek Lake and plenty of our work is in the towns
around it — Kemp, Mabank, Gun Barrel City — but the work travels
anywhere in Texas. Nothing about it needs us in your driveway.
Where to go next
If you want to see how the work is sequenced, the
twelve-week process lays out what happens week by
week. If you want to know which plan fits,
LaunchPad and
Local Authority cover most businesses, with
Growth Engine and
Market Leader above them. If you would rather
start with the truth about where you stand, take the free check first.
