After you order

Your order record arrives by email — with the terms you agreed to and the invoice, within a few minutes.
Then we ask the project questions — the detailed ones, in their own form you can save and come back to. Never at checkout, and never in the way of your order.
Work starts once payment has cleared and your answers and files are complete. The delivery window starts then, not at the order.
